I can't blame you there.
One of my best decisions was letting go of Twitter and Reddit because of how much time I spent on them. I haven't fully used Twitter for the past few years; outside of following some artists and liking their posts--I refuse to go to the main feed.
Reddit was my primary addiction for a while, but I finally deleted that app from my phone and now only visit it if I have questions about specific topics.
It's a definite time-suck and life-drain.
