Hi all.
As of today, 2022-07-15, I have been banned from the audio portal for using 'samples' in my work...
I won't be uploading any music for a while until 2022-10-13 (that's when I'll be unbanned)..
Lots of my works didn't use samples, and I don't know what to do.
And a lot of them are Newgrounds exclusives as well...
I'll still be active on the art portal and the forums though...
So, for now, goodbye... :(

@Alvesteffer19 Iām not familiar with how that stuff is detected, so I canāt tell whether or not it was an AI or human mistake. But Iād recommend you try to appeal your ban to help get that set right.
I did an appeal, but it was rejected, and I dont know what to do...
@Alvesteffer19 Just wait for the mod to get around to all your requests, it seems like thereās one person addressing all of the appeals in the thread, and thereās a ton of others that also havenāt been answered yet.
Almost all of the appeals I submitted on that were resolved and uploaded.

While youāre banned, Iād recommend checking out the Audio Guidelines to understand what constitutes ban-worthy use of samples. I reckon you either had copyrighted samples, or were relying on them too much to create the backbone of that particular song.

My works don't use samples, and had never used any samples (they weren't copyrighted at all either), that's the issue.
The AI thinks I use samples / pre-made audio clips & loops in my music, when I don't...
