Not a bad track.
However, I'd suggest making it a bit slower, add a fade in, some sort of drop to it, and a guitar solo in the middle.

I see you’re from New Jersey as well, which is probably how you found this song. To be honest this song doesn’t really represent that state at all beyond the vague “dual tonality.” However it is also so old that if I were to do this again it would be MUCH more varied and interesting.
